Our training team is selected from the most experienced and highly qualified candidates who apply for positions with New Exodus International Academy (NEIA).
All our trainers have teaching certification and are qualified in their subject fields. Additionally everyone has a minimum of two years teaching and, where relevant, industry experience.
Staff at all levels are assessed on both practical and theoretical skills through an internal training programme which provides the foundation to our methodology.
